"Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The Breakfast was good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and experience. The only drawback was, in the middle of my 5 day stay, I had to vacate the room because the room was getting it's maintenance spray for bedbugs. Kind of timely since the night before, I was bitten in the middle of the night on my stomach. I think it was maybe a spider bite because it got really red and hurt and itched for days. I can still see a red area on my stomach were...

"Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma."

"Easy to work with and great location"

"Ceiling leak after thunderstorm, very heavy leak above my granddaughters bed. Bed was soaked. Had to move rooms at 11:00pm. I had purchased 2 rooms. Asked to be comped one room for the inconvenience. Expedia and hotel were uncooperative to my request."

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"

"Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!"
