Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark
10/10 Excellent
"Great family resort without breaking the bank. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Hotel had many on-site activities for the kids, 3 big water slides, water park was mini , lazy river, 5 pools and arcade. Also in close proximity to a pier. Where you car rent fishing equipment. My son caught his first fish all by himself."

"I was very disappointed in my room assignment. I paid for ocean front and got put in the Jamaican building in the very bottom… below the first floor. My only view was the pool. When requested a move to the type of room I paid for, I was told there was no availability. The resort was clean, The staff was polite."

"The rooms could used to be updated, but we’re clean. Keep one thing in mind. There are no USB connections for phone charging so make sure you bring something to where you can charge your phone. Lots of places for the kids to play will be back."

"the hotel was beautiful. there is a market inside the hotel to grab all your essentials . we really enjoy our time there. the staff was great. the kids enjoyed the various pool options. we had a great time and we look forward to going back soon"
