"Room were pretty clean, staff werenice, breakfast had a good variety. The issue i had was the soap options. Everything was lavender scented, when I asked if they had anything non lavender scented because I am alergic they said they did not and I would need to go buy my own."

"The elevator wasn't working and they put me on the 4th floor. The floors were filthy."

"Quick access with courtesy shuttle to the mall where you have a. Lot of food options. It’s also 15 min from the airport and and about two miles from the tukwila train station and from there you can ride the train to the airport, downtown Seattle area, space needle. They have a courtesy shuttle to the airport also. The newly renovated rooms was great. They haven’t finish the renovations and the price is very reasonable. They have hot breakfast( eggs/ sausages/waffles). They have a self service washer/dryer. Overall it is. Great place to stay at. They also have a casino right next to the hotel and the have a restaurant there."

"We stayed here two years ago with no issue. This time was miserable. The entire building smelled like cigarettes and chemicals. Our noses and throats were burning within minutes of walking through the door. Our room smelt fine until the air turned off and instantly the smell began. We booked to stay here again after our cruise and cancelled the second stay. Staff was not helpful and acted like there wasn’t an issue. "

"The breakfast was delicious (and can be made vegan-friendly. Ask for milk alternatives). Breakfast manager Zdenka made a big difference with her excellent service. "
