"This rental was everything we hoped for and more! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the pool. It was crystal-clear, perfectly maintained, and felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours lounging by the water during the day.The home itself was fully stocked with all the essentials—and then some. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were plenty of towels for both bath and pool use. The beds were super comfy, and the entire space had a warm, welcoming vibe.The location was ideal to open space and trails, shopping, and the great AZ food scene.The hosts were fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish.Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, explore the area, or just unwind in a beautiful space, this rental is a total gem. We can’t wait to come back!"
"We live in Payson and wanted a weekend away with a pool and some other fun stuff to do. We really enjoyed being able to spread out in the home, play billiards, go swimming, cook inside and out, and just enjoy a relaxing environment. We will definitely rent again. "
"We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and had 3 families that wanted to stay together. This was the perfect place. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Pool and backyard on the lake was amazing. Access to a boat and fishing? You can't write it any better. We will definitely always check this house first for future stays."

"We enjoyed our stay it had everything for a fantastic celebration for our son! The pool and the pontoon boat made it extra special as well as the pool table inside for when it go too hot. Great place for family and fun. Friendly neighbors as well. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more! They even made sure there was a highchair for our grandson. Thanks for great memories. "

" Great property to rent a few rules like no smoking in or on the property which I understand not inside however not outside on grounds I did not but it was respected and followed, I have an elderly family member that smokes and it made it"
"We stayed in this home for our son's graduation from Midwestern Dental School. The location was perfect! The home offered more than enough space inside and out for our group to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The lake gave the early risers a nice place to enjoy morning coffee, and the boat allowed us to get out and see the neighborhood from a different perspective. The kitchen was huge, which was perfect for the multiple cooks in our family. Having access to the garage to keep our vehicles out of the hot Arizona sun was a plus. Thank you for making your home available. "

"Great location (grocery, gas & shopping within 5 min.) and easy check-in process. We stayed with our son, DIL & her mom, and our 13 mo. old grandson. House was excellent, with and great layout. We each had a bedroom with an ensuite bath and the others were within close proximity to a shared bath. Back yard play area for the little one was great as well as the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. We ate breackfast every morning and cooked dinner most nights on the grill. Shantell was very responsive to answer questions & also offing assistence if we needed it. Highly recommend this accommodation for family gatherings"
