"BOOK NOW!!!! If this property popped up as available for your search, book it! You wont regret it. I was beyond impressed and so thankful for booking this property with Ginny and Joe! I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 殺 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts! "We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!"

"Great, updated home that was very comfortable for our recent two night stay. Dog friendly and very easy check in and check out. Owner was extremely easy to reach. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"The host was wonderful, excellent communication, and very accommodating. She handled our early check‑in request quickly and kept us updated throughout our stay. The location of this property and the surrounding community is truly outstanding, and the home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We also loved the pool table, game room, the large and beautiful pool, and the fantastic putting green. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing in the sun. It seems that the property was likely exceptional when it was first established, and with a bit of refreshing, it could easily return to that level. Some areas show signs of normal wear that can come with being a long‑term vacation rental. The exterior of the home, particularly the back side, could benefit from routine cleaning and pressure washing. The back patio has older outdoor carpeting and a faded rug that doesn’t quite match the otherwise lovely outdoor amenities. The dock felt like it might need an inspection, and the paddle boat had cobwebs and dirt. Inside the home, the carpeting in the dining area, hallways, and bedrooms felt a bit dated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality."

"I am requesting a resolution, including a refund, due to multiple issues that made my VRBO stay unacceptable.The host was unaccommodating, lacked communication, and did not demonstrate the basic hospitality expected. One of my guests arrived 10–15 minutes early and was told to leave the property, which was unnecessary and unprofessional.At the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in, the home was still being cleaned, and I did not receive full access until approximately 4:10–4:15 PM. During this delay, my guests were forced to wait outside in 104-degree heat. Additionally, the air conditioning had not been turned on, leaving the home uncomfortably hot upon entry.The property was not properly prepared. The refrigerator still contained food and beverages, raising concerns about cleanliness and whether the home had been fully vacated.There were also safety concerns. The structure above the entrance appeared unstable, seemingly supported by a wire, and there was a visible leak in the kitchen covered with plastic. These conditions made us feel unsafe during our stay.Lastly, the listing was misleading. While the home is nice, the photos significantly exaggerate the property and inaccurately represent it as a “mansion.”Due to the delayed access, unsafe conditions, lack of preparation, and misrepresentation, this stay did not meet acceptable standards. I am requesting an appropriate refund based on these issues and more (review message exchanges in chat with host)"

"Truly enjoyed our stay here! The lakefront, heated pool and easy location were our favorites. Just the right amount of space for everyone. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed, plus some! Gotta love added privacy and watching birds on the lake with your morning coffee. Appreciated how things were labeled and all communication was very clear and upfront. Very small minor items could use some TLC, but I read in another review that a remodel is planned for June 2026. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!"
