"Wonderful room (which we would like to stay in again) and the only tiny niggle was a poorly flushing toilet, which perhaps just reflects older plumbing arrangements. Great spa and, having stayed several times before, we noticed that the restaurant, which had always been good, seemed to have stepped up a notch into fine dining. We really enjoyed the meals, including the breakfasts, with great service from the restaurant staff. The grounds are always a pleasure to explore and not least this time in excellent April weather. Danesfield House never seems to disappoint!"

"Stayed one night for a short break, it was very comfortable and so clean. The staff were very helpful at storing luggage for us and very friendly and polite. Very central for everything in Oxford but room was still nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
