"A very noisy family above us, l would of thought the night staff would of sorted them out, when my partner went to speak to the night staff she was told that they paid a lot off money for their room,so basically they could do as they please. She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room Not that we wanted to move that time of the morning"

"Our stay at TreeHouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi was truly the best experience—like something out of a dream. Choosing this place was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. This place has left such a mark on us that we’ve already made it a promise to come back again and again. It’s a stay we will never forget."

"Overall an excellent stay with great helpful staff, great food, and an amazing view! Navigating the incline to the pool is worth it after a long day, but might be challenging for some folk. A little ways away from the main strip with all the bars and easy access to the park, but absolutely worth it for the peace and quiet."

"A genuinely beautiful hotel surrounded by dramatic mountains and lush greenery - so stunning that I’ll be returning next year! I genuinely want this hotel to succeed, so I’m sharing some constructive feedback that I hope management will address as the hotel matures. The biggest areas for improvement are room cleaning/maintenance, service and the restaurant. Room cleaning was surprisingly disappointing, and despite being a new hotel, my room already had several scuffs, chips and scratches which is a huge shame as these are beautiful rooms and what guests see most. Staff were kind, caring and well-intentioned, but there often seemed to be more staff than guests, but still confusion in the service at times. The restaurant prices felt a bit high for the quality, and the mandatory 10% service charge is naughty when guests have no realistic alternative options and have already paid to be there. Service could also be much more polished (even just assigning one member of staff to always serve that table would cut down much of the staff confusion). Separate drink/food/desert menu too. Would love to see a poolside drinks/food service, a small gym, a better snack selection, laundry notifications when items are ready, clearer airport transfer information and WhatsApp communication with reception. Overall, a fantastic hotel with enormous potential and I really enjoyed my stay. With a few operational improvements, it could easily become one of the standout places to stay in Khao Sok."

"Wowwww wowwww and again wowww We were supposed to stay at cape kudu for 6 nights and we extended our time in the hotel because we had the best time there. We travelled with a 16 years old, a 8 year old and 2.5 years old. The staff was amazing and gave the kids a lot of attention. The room were beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious and all the activities in the hotel were unbelievable and unique. We had yoga 3 times a week, a painting class, a cocktail party, a trip with a boat to 3 islands, a trip through Ko ya noi, an ice bath- all with courtesy of the hotel. We will definitely come back!! Loved everything about this hotel and their amazing staff!!!"

"If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Absolutely superbly well run resort. Feels unfussy, close to nature and as relaxed as being at home. Fantastic facilities, beautifully designed villas with breathtaking views, excellent food and a charming team who bring it all together. Thank you, thank you!"
