The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. "Friendly helpful staff. Really lovely facilities, furniture, and decor. Convenient to walk to the old town, and cafes. The pool is small but pretty. On site parking is convenient and easy to access. "

The location was very good for our visit. There is an excellent bus service to the historic town. The area is very handy for going for lovely walks in natural settings.
