"This location is a 4 star resort, but it didn’t feel that way at all. We were always treated like royalty and the staff was amazing. I loved our 2 bedroom, kitchenette, walk out patio with pool. It then walked directly out to our private beach, which was very clean. The beach bar and restaurant were also just feet from our patio. So convenient! The food and drink was amazing. The view from the breakfast restaurant was additionally breathtaking. It was a beautiful treat every morning. My bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable for my stiff back, but the other bed was softer. We really had no need to leave the resort unless we wanted to sight see. I visited during the rainy season in June and it only rained periodically. However, the rain never lasted long and nor did it prevent us from doing the things we wanted to do. On site travel coordinators assisted with private island tours with authentic long mirror boats that picked us up right from our resort. No driving to other sites was necessary. When we wanted to visit Ao Nang. The resorted coordinated a driver for us to travel to and from our destinations. If you’re looking for the quieter side of Krabi, with less tourism and private attention, then Tubkaek beach is the destination for you. "

"If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, the staff was amazing. On property you can get a massage and unwind, they also have an organic garden where they grill most of the vegetables, etc. The food was amazing."

"Absolutely gorgeous and amazing stay at Phulay Bay. The grounds, the design, the spacious rooms (with amazing bathroom suites) are all amazing, but it's the service that puts it over the top. Our personal butler, Khun Aea, tended to our every need before we even asked, and took such good care of us. "Nice quiet location, you are able to relax and not think about work. Food is great on the resort or off the resort. Breakfast is amazing. I had my doubts but a solo half day trip to the outlying is a very good deal and much needed. Great way to see the island at your own pace. It could get crowded with other tourists and having a private boat is nice. Go during off season. It’s not crowded and the vide is very chill. Shout to all the staff and Albert who are patient and want you to have a nice and relaxing time. "

"Very good. Conveniently located next to several good restaurants and the very fun bar Sai. We had been disappointed to hear that the main pool would be closed for repairs during our stay but the staff dealt with it very well. Access to the pool villa and staying in the room with a plunge pool of its own ensured we did not miss out at all. The team also arranged an excellent 3-island boat tour with guide Pong who was very knowledgeable and interesting - this was the highlight of our stay! We will miss the Breakfast roti station on the rest of our travels. Particular thanks to Sao, Anthoine and Johan for taking such good care of us. "
