"Other than the usual clean room and friendly staffs service . we would like to extend our appraisal to the hotel staffs who offer to help , even after their working hour . We checked out the hotel on 9/6/2024 . and was at the airport , screening our luggages at the airport X-ray screening station, shockingly , the officers told us that an item is prohibited from leaving without proper paper documents . "If you want a well situated bargain hotel, this will do. However it seems a bit run down as an establishment, hot water was as good as non-existant, and that's not fun in mid December in KTM. The room was spacious and quiet but in generally poor condition. Staff were friendly and helpful but a little wanting on competence and efficiency."
