"There is such a thing as over-digitalisation. I dared to book the room for two people, but i turned up on my own. However, I wasn’t able to retrieve the room code until I had checked in the 2nd guest. I contacted Numa via WhatsApp and their useless chatbot told me to cancel the reservation (via Expedia) and rebook. As it transpired i would have lost the money if had rebooked. After asking 5 times to speak to a real person my problem was swiftly dealt with. Why not given the guest the option?
