"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "For meals: breakfast we usually prepared our own food, lunch walked 20 mins up the main road (turn right) and bought takeway street/restuarant food, or very nice little local restaurant < 5 mins down the road (turn left) opposite Thailand resport; and dinner mostly used Ponny (contact given to us by Mod) who is a restauranteur who will prepare and deliver very good Thai food (highly recommended fried whole sea bass fish, green curry chicken, and any curries with prawns/seafood)"

"The houses were nice and looked great both inside and outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean, and the pillows didn't smell bad. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook.
