"Hotel room was decent. Breakfast was good and plentiful in options. Shower only had shampoo even though there were clearly attachments in the shower wall for conditioner and body wash. The ocean view was not as described as we could only see a sliver of it from our room balcony. Most upsetting was the parking situation. Description read Free Parking; however, when we arrived we were told only one vehicle was allowed parking on the premises and we would have to find other parking...

"Enjoyed my stay. The staff was courteous and professional. Disappointed the pool was closed but it was no fault of the hotel. Property is a little dated. Very conveniently located downtown near shops and restaurants. "

"Always a great place to stay. Clean hotel with good staff. Iv never had any problems always accommodating. They are making some really nice updated and new updated rooms are really nice. Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Go one place and can walk to anywhere food, bar, entertainment all in one spot. "

"Hotel Zaza is the perfect location for visiting the marvelous museums nearby. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, great restaurant and bar with nightly promotions, beautiful spacious rooms, morning coffee/tea service on every floor. And a free car service within a 3-mile radius, so easy to access other great museums, restaurants and attractions in the near vicinity. Highly recommend!"
