"Why do hotel designers think it is OK to have an ensuite bathroom with no door? A curtain is not an adequate replacement for a door. This was a big issue for us. Also the only seating in our room was 1 dining chair and 1 stool when there was room for something more comfortable. I don't want to have to sit on the bed, particularly at the price this hotel came in at. Everything else was very good."

"Staff friendly and attentive when we arrived and nice room. However, for the price improvements need to be made: - main issue -we booked a room advertised to be for 3 adults and stated was a king size bed and a single bed. We had a call on the day of check in to check it was 3 adults (as opposed to 2 adults and a child) which we confirmed was the case. When we came to check in, the "single bed" was actually a fold up camp bed with a very thin mattress which was not fit for purpose for an adult....

"We had a lovely one night stay in the Warren room, it was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom, two small notes, there is no accessible plug socket near the right hand side of the bed & the TV was not working while we were there but that wasn’t really a problem for us as we were out most of the time.
