"Entry and exit of the hotel is occasionally a problem. You have to use a bell in order to call somebody to open the door for you because it's locked all the time. However, if they're upstairs cleaning any of the rooms, they may not hear the bell. I once waited about 10 minutes to get in. I had a similar experience trying to exit the building once.
