A jewel of the Mediterranean, which this year turns 100 years old and was originally an authentic fisherman's house in Moraira. It is located in front of the sea and just above the famous Portet beach in Moraira, a terraced house with stairs that lead directly down to the beach sand. A house for sea and leisure lovers without a doubt, since just below we also find one of the most famous restaurants in the area, the Portet restaurant.



Accommodation distribution:



With 150 m² of living space, the terraced house is distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs. The main floor has a rustic-style kitchen fully equipped, a dining room with a table for 8 diners, air conditioning, TV area and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and beautiful sea views and a second bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, you access a spectacular terrace with a table for eating and dining while looking at the sea, and outdoor seating with beautiful views of Portet beach and the Peñon de Ifach in the background. Outside the house and next to the kitchen, we find a complete bathroom with shower.

Going up the stairs from the living room, we find a complete bathroom with shower, the third bedroom with two single beds and sea views, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful terrace with open views of the sea.
