  • Located in Moraira, the villa Casa Emilia has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. This 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 16 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, a fan, a washing machine, satellite and cable TV as well as children's books and toys. Furthermore, a table tennis game, a private gym, a pool table and gym equipment are available on the property.

    The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated for a fee), a jacuzzi, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.

Family villa holiday in Spain

The villa had plenty of room for everyone.The outside kitchen was great as it was too hot to cook inside.Pool was good for all ages

Beautiful villa with excellent layout and facilities. Helpful friendly hosts. Our only minor negative, beds and bedding could do with an upgrade. Would highly recommend and would definitely return again

Great stay here

Large villa with everything you could want for a family holiday. Yes a little run down in areas but nothing too bad. Location brilliant.

Fantastic stay here, we all loved every minute.

Pros: Casa Emilia was a perfect Villa for us all to be together. Space of the Villa indoors and out was great. So was the pool, for us all.

Pros: An amazing Villa with excellent hosts, who went to every length to make our stay just perfect. We have been visiting Moraria for the last 25 years and this is certainly the best villa we have stayed in. The communal areas were perfect for socialising and getting together, while the bed rooms we ideal, particularly with half of them en suite. If your are look for a villa for up to 16 people look no further.

Pros: De buitenruimte om te koken, te eten, zonnen, te zwemmen en te recreëren. Ligging van de locatie. Zeer geschikt voor jongere kinderen. Voldoende speelmateriaal en speeltoestellen. Relaxen in de jacuzzi. Voldoende slaapkamers en sanitair. Cons: Alles was prima in orde.

Family holiday

Visited this villa 8 years ago. We did feel that it could do with a bit of up dating as somethings felt a little tired. BBQ seemed to be unsafe as it was quite corroded underneath and we could get the downstairs hob working.

Nice villa but outdated facility's

Pros: The pool was great,the villa very nice Cons: Outdated outdoor playarea,very old soccertable,pooltable and dangerous fitnessequipment. An imploding gas-bbq that should not have been there for use,we had a fire that thankfully didnot harm anybody. The interior of the bbq just collapsed bc it was corroted to the bone. Plumingissues with a few baths.

Holiday 6.-13.9.2024

The house and yard were very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen, dining area, fridge and freezer outside was really convenient. The big swimming pool and the slide were also great!! When eating outside, you were not allowed to use glass or porcelain dishes, but the plastic dishes were old and worn, and there were not enough of them for 10 people. Not even plastic drink and coffee cups. The conversation with the contact person before the trip was challenging because I felt that she never answered directly what I asked. The answers came quickly, but I had to ask some things several times. Despite everything, I can recommend this destination, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: En el interior de la vivienda hay que destacar el aire acondicionado en TODAS las habitaciones. Pero lo mejor es el exterior, una gran piscina perfecta para todas las edades (niños, adultos y abuelos). Acompañando a la piscina hay un jacuzzi, ducha, tumbonas, columpios para niños, mesa de ping pong, futbolín, billar y varias zonas con mesas y sillas. El extra del exterior es un aseo, zona de barbacoa y la cocina perfectamente equipada, los cuales hacen que no necesites entrar a la casa para nada. El trato con nuestro contacto (Katie) fue fluido desde el primer momento. Hay que destacar que lo tienen muy bien organizado (limpieza regular de piscina) y el personal acude rápidamente ante cualquier solicitud (teníamos una duda con un lavavajillas y vinieron rápidamente) Como resumen, diré que la villa superó todas nuestra expectativas.

Pros: This is the most perfect Villa we have ever stayed in! 18 of us of varied ages have been Villa Holidaying for 9 years, and we have finally found THE PERFECT VILLA! The outdoor area is amazing. Slide, Pool-Table, Jacuzzi, Gym! The outside kitchen was fantastic, so much so, that we rarely used the inside kitchen. The pool was just the most perfect pool we have ever had, the temperature was beautiful. The slide an extra bonus! The bedrooms are small, but perfect for your holiday needs. I would suggest though, a few hooks on the back of the bathroom doors for towels would be brilliant. The area is beautiful, there is a Bar (Bar 21) within a 3 min walk which does the most amazing Tapas. The seafront of Moraira is a 16min walk downhill. We regularly walked into Moraira for breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are some amazing restaurants and bars there. The walk back is uphill, but honestly it's such a pleasant ramble that you don't notice it. The surrounding neighbourhood is really peaceful. Danielle was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the time of booking to our departure. We have already booked our 2 weeks for 2019!! That is how highly we recommend Casa Emilia. Thank-you Danielle for an amazing stay!

Casa Emilia, de beste locatie aan de Costa Blanca om met je gezin te verblijven

Wij verbleven met ons gezin van 13 personen ,van 25 oktober tot 1 november, om ons 45 jarig huwelijk te vieren. Bij aankomst was alles versierd, een echte verrassing. Een betere villa kun je je niet voorstellen voor onze groep. Het zwembad, de jacuzzi, de tuin, een speelparadijs voor onze kleinkinderen het kon niet op. Het huis heeft heel veel slaap- en badkamers en naast de twee keukens in het huis is er nog een buitenkeuken en een barbecue plaats. Wij hebben al twee keer eerder een villa in Spanje geboekt maar hier kan niets tegen op. Omdat het al laat in het seizoen was hadden wij gevraagd om het zwembad en de jacuzzi te verwarmen. Na een dag bleek dat de verwarmingsinstallatie het had begeven en niet kon worden gerepareerd. Het team van Casa Emilia kwam direct met een voorstel om dit extra pakket voor het verwarmen niet in rekening te brengen. Wel bleef de verwarming van de jacuzzi aan en werd er ook niets in rekening gebracht voor een kinderbedje en kinderstoel. Dit hebben ze uitstekend opgelost. Tijdens ons verblijf werd Valencia en omgeving getroffen door een enorme dodelijke overstroming terwijl er in Moraira niets aan de hand was. Dit was een onwerkelijke situatie. Omdat wij op Valencia vlogen was het de vraag of wij het vliegveld konden bereiken. Nuria van het Casa Emilia team, adviseerde om de kustweg te nemen en op die manier zijn wij veilig aangekomen. Ook na thuiskomst nam Nuria contact op om te vragen of we veilig thuis waren gekomen. Een top team.
