Private: property 890 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 3.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 7.5 km, ferry "Denia" 32.5 km, sandy beach "Playa de LAmpolla" 1.5 km.
