Welcome to VILLA CHRIS, a large Villa with capacity for 8 people located in a quiet and exclusive residential area in Moraira, a coastal city in the province of Alicante. The villa has panoramic views of the sea and marina and offers all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation.

It features a large private pool, surrounded by a terrace equipped with a barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners. The house is completely fenced.
The villa is distributed into two apartments that do not communicate with each other. The ground floor apartment has a living room, an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds; one of them with an en-suite shower and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, we find a covered terrace, a dining room, an independent kitchen also fully equipped, two bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.

The house has air conditioning in the upper apartment: in the living room - dining room and one of the bedrooms.
It is located just a few minutes by car from the main beaches and supermarkets.

Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal-clear waters and picturesque old town, which preserves its traditional fishing village character.
