Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "La Pinada", renovated in 2022. 2.7 km from the centre of Moraira, in a sunny position, 2.7 km from the sea, 2.7 km from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced), 2 swimming pools (depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. (4 steps). Public parking on the road. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 2.5 km, railway station "Teulada" 5.3 km, ferry "Denia" 28.2 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla" 2.7 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Time to relax

Eine sehr gepflegte, großzügige Anlage mit 2 Pools in einer reinen Ferienhaus-Urbanisation (abseits vom Trubel), und auch das gebuchte Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist ein Kfz unbedingt zu empfehlen; die Zufahrtstraßen sind z.T. recht steil und auch für Spaziergänge eher weniger geeignet. Die beiden vom Apartment aus ggf. noch fußläufig zu erreichenden Lokale "Bariloche" und "Hill Top" sind eher auf englisches Publikum ausgelegt; für einen Restaurantbesuch empfiehlt sich in jedem Fall ein Ausflug nach Moraira; gute Parkmöglichkeit dort unmittelbar am Meer am "Club Nautico"; von dort das Zentrum von Moraira mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften leicht erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Kfz ca. 10min entfernt in modernen Supermärkten ("mercadona" etc.). Ausgeh-Tipp in Moraira: die Rooftop-Cocktailbar "Seven" und das Restaurant "Maxim".
