"What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

"We had an amazing time in this very well-equipped home. we had one small difficulty with a running toilet in the beginning and the property manager was very responsive with a solution and even brought by a bottle of champagne. It was quite warm while we were there but with the a/c going in the bedrooms it kept the whole home cool. The only thing I would suggest is putting a/c in the game room. "The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year"

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Esperanza, the views are amazing from the villa, the area is very quiet, we only heard the birds for most of our stay. The kitchen is really well kitted out, pots big enough for a family of five. Beds comfy and wi-fi good. There are supermarkets at the bottom of the hill, a 10mins walk, Aldi opened the day we arrived. The beaches and shops are probably a 25mins walk, lovely bakeries in town. It was 35degrees during our stay, the pool stayed crystal clean throughout...

"Just returned from 10 days at this villa. Paula was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and Paula very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Paula for your help :-) The villa is located high above Moraira. A car is pretty much essential as the roads are very steep. The position of the villa provides a stunning view down to the town and out to the Med. The outside area with the pool and sunbathing areas was large with plenty of room for sun beds. "Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again."

"All the comforts for a relaxing time exploring this area with beaches, vistas and food. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca."

"The property is in a good location and is in a nice area but is in need of updates and some TLC. The cleaning service concentrate on surface cleaning, when you actually want to use anything most items needed cleaning before use. A holiday does not start well if you have to clean items before use. The BBQ area has no opportunity to clean or sweep the area, no broom, there were no BBQ tools. I was able to hose everything but then deeded to wait for it all to dry prior to use. There are only...

"We had a lovely week here this summer. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the villa was clean and excellently prepared. The location in the hills was perfect, with a lovely light breeze that helped us cool off in the evening after a hard day in the pool. It also gave a lovely view of the town and the sea beyond. Thanks to the host and team for making us feel welcome and we would highly recommend the villa to all."

"This apartment is situated in the heart of Moraira town. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars shops. It's a good base for traveling around the coast to other nearby towns. The property is modern and bright and has recently had renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. We were met by Kelly who gave us a warm welcome as always and looked after us during our stay. She was on hand to deal with any queries we had. Looking forward to our next stay."
