"On arrival, I had to call the host to find out how to get in and if I could leave my car as we were planning on going out before checking at 2 pm, the host directed instructions very clearly and the property was ready before 2 pm so we could get in anyway, the Host seemed very friendly on the phone and the property was as described, maybe in the future a quick text or email to the visitors regarding the key to the property would be great, hopefully to find out anyway because we’ll definitely be staying again 😃"
