Communication with the host was superb, from confirming our booking through to allowing us to extend our check out time. The apartment was immaculate and was equipped with everything we needed. "The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"The apartment was everything we expected, clean and tidy well presented, and fully fitted out with towels, crockery and cooking utensils all you needed was some food for the perfect stay. Off road parking was provided which was good as it didn't move for the whole of our stay, bus services to all the tourist attractions, shops and food outlets are all just 6 minutes walk away, and if you like walking the flats location is ideally located in southsea for a stroll along the prom and parks that...
