Didn’t know until we got there shuttle didn’t start until 9am which didn’t work for us. Hotel did arrange a cab and take away breakfast (we paid for cab 70€)"

"Dolce Vita Residence is a great place to stay. The unit was clean and modern with a nice balcony. Staff was very nice and helpful. Be aware that it is a taxi ride or long walk to town on a main road. There are also many stairs down to the unit. My advice travel light!"

"Great value for your money! We had a spacious villa with a table and chairs to sit outside overlooking Sorrento. The pools were great. Water slides to the busy pool and a second pool for adults only with great views as well. Ample on-site parking. Walk down to the beach is about 300 stairs so don't forget anything! "There were no surprises, we expected a cabin for a room and thats what we got. Pictures did not deceive. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located just outside piano di sorrento, 20 minute walk to train, 5 minute train to sorrento. There are also buses at the bottom of the hill. Pool was large, and nice to have pool access in that heat. There is a hill to get access to piano on foot which could be challenging for people with difficulties walking up a hill. I found it challenging...

"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi."

Shuttle was very prompt and on schedule but be aware of scheduled times and pick up spot (it had changed from what the website said so initial time picking it up from town to get to the campground was difficult). Walked to town from campground a few times but shuttle was worth the 2 euros. Lots of the complaints on here are about the wifi so...
