"It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. Our bed and pillows and bed linens worked well for us. The AC worked well, although it wasn’t a hot week. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is...

"Overall, the stay was well liked. A few minor issues: 1) the toilet seat shifts because the right-side bolt is not tight. At 71, I see this a problem for elderly patrons. 2) the shower knobs require excessive tightening to shut the water off. Having worked in the maintenance dept. of a retirement facility I believe replacement of worn-out washers would resolve the problem. 3) The television control pads were confusing as they were not in their right locations. Labelling the...

"Excellent host and peaceful getaway. I highly recommend!"

"While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under...

"V1 church was nearby "

"Place was perfect for our 2 day stay. In town for family event. Was well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom. Outside area was relaxing. Quaint little place. Host communicated well and everything was as expected. Thank you"

"This place is lovely. Clean, pretty, obviously loved and cared for by the owner. The bedding and towels are luxury quality and there are so many towels, pillows, blankets. So many dishes, pots, utensils , even a water dispenser. Entertainment inside and out. Large TVs, books, games, fire pit. The landscaping is like going to a small botanical garden. I didn't have a chance to go to the private beach. The owner was a pleasure to interact with."

"I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room."

"it was a great experience to have with. my girlfriend loeved how nice nad cool it was and how it felt like we had our own mini comfy apartment"

"Great stay, clean and inviting space. Thanks for a great space away from home; will definietly book again."

"Understand that this was during The Ryder Cup and cost was up, but no matter what was paid there are some issues with the property everyone should understand if they plan to reserve. This is an old house that has not been refreshed or well maintained. It was not professionally cleaned before our arrival. Linens were fresh and clean, but the kitchen, fridge, floors and cabinets are dirty. We found pills under side tables for example. One room locks with a pad lock and key. The bathroom door...

"The property was convenient for what we needed. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe during our stay! The property is located in the basement of the host’s house so you can hear them walking above and their dog barking throughout the evening/night. Also, I found that the bedroom, kitchen, and living room were clean - but the bathroom was not. Nothing we couldn’t live with for a couple days, but just something to consider! There is a window AC in the bedroom and you are in a basement so the...

"What an awesome smart house with so many amenities and things to do! I grew up in that house so it’s really awesome to be able to come back to visit and stay in that house!!"

"The house was clean. Some small details would improve this even more. For example, having some body wash in the bathrooms would be nice for people who have to come in from a flight. Overall it is a nice VRBO."

"It all starts with the host, Louis, who is outstanding. He allowed my brother to do a walkthrough of the property months before we showed up. Louis communicates effectively and efficiently, and responds immediately. The fridge was initially stocked with breakfast essentials, there was wine in the dining room table and beverages in the small fridge. There were towels and bathrobes in every closet, and essentials in every bathroom and shower. This property is everything it’s advertised to be, a...
