"Front desk agent was OK but another person, who was apparently some assistant manager, was downright unhelpful and uncaring. I was given a room, which looked like it was a dungeon (no window) and very dark so I asked for something else. Front desk said it was the only room left (note that when I booked a couple of hours before, there were 7 rooms available on your site). I told the front desk agent that the said room was unacceptable. I mentioned that I would be looking elsewhere and to get refunded. The other person stepped in ad said it was booked by Expedia and that it was non-refundable. Insofar as the room, he said basically to take it or leave it. No interest shown in helping."

"The hotel was in a good location for accessing the area. The amenities in the room were decent although beds were small, so sharing a bed was not ideal. Breakfast could have been better if it had less bread products and cake and a small selection of hot foods would nice."

"Breakfast was lovely. The room was very nice and unlike anything I'd been in before. The checkout process was very smooth and I was able to retrieve my bag later in the day after leaving it with them. 10/10"

"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."
