"Firstly the staff were excellent - especially reception, special shout out for David. Our room was very small for a double, but as a city hotel that was to be expected. The bathroom was a little tired and sadly we had a problem with the air con leaking with a drip onto the bathroom floor for 2 nights. Reception were as helpful as they could be as it was very late at night when it started and the hotel was full so they couldn't move us but did what they could. Good location, around 10 mins...

"The best part of the hotel is the location. They are right off La Ramblas - the heart of Barcelona. The worst part is also the location - not accessible by vehicles for most part of the day. The next worst part is their inflexibility for almost everything - no considerations for customer requests. We had requested a change due to a medical emergency in family - had to cut short out trip and leave a night early - they refused despite requesting this even before checking in. We asked for a room...

"We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at around 10am, the room we were given was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and they speak Spanish and English, Breakfast buffet was always delicious, food items are usually the same but so long as you change it up or aren’t picky, you have plenty to choose from. We didn’t go to it but there’s also a pool on the 8th floor."
