"Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. The house is obviously older as most everything in Capri is but EVERYTHING was in working order and the one small problem we had with one of the toilets was fixed within an hour of the text message. "This villa is a classic Capri family property. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to much of the best of the island. Very clean with a wonderful pool that was great on those hot late summer days. The site manager, Ivan, is amazing. He was so helpful with the villa and any questions we had. He is also great at booking restaurants."

"First, Ettore has been incredibly helpful, the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. He was always accessible and would go over and beyond to provide suggestions and answers to any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. "A stunning property with large terrace and pool, overlooking the Faraglioni, near Marina Piccola. The villa is walkable but bear in mind that Capri walkways are full of stairs and narrow roads, so plan accordingly and pack light. The property manager Luca was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay... making dinner reservations, booking taxis for us, and making suggestions for the area. Absolutely loved Capri!"

"Had a wonderful stay here. Pricey but worth it. Very convenient location - close to bus stops, taxi stops, scooter rental, restaurants, and just a 5 minute walk to the ferry. If you’re not afraid to walk uphill you can walk up to the city center. The space was spotless and beautifully designed. The check in process was smooth. Sunset and sunrise were both stunning from this place. The pool was salt water and heated. Laundry and a hanging rack to dry your clothes. Very safe as well. AC was good....

"The outside was very nice. View was lovely and plunge pool very nice. Inside was clean but ants kept climbing up the walls. The biggest issue was meeting the girl to get the keys. I was told by the owner she could arrange transfers, a chef or anything else we wanted. I contacted her prior to arrival and she promised a driver. No one was at the dock to meet us.
