"This was our favourite of all 5 properties we stayed in Puglia. The staff were wonderful, even before we arrived their service was incredibly attentive. They catered for my gluten free requirements more than anywhere else I've ever stayed. The cave room was gorgeous, all modern conveniences, but sympathetically designed to retain the old world charm.
