"Convenient place to stay. About 10 minutes drive to the center and 15 minutes away from the beautiful waterfalls in Ferni "

"Excellent restaurant for dinner with great food and outstanding service. Breakfast was OK but not at the same quality as dinner. Convenient parking at hotel. Room was clean, spacious with comfortable bed."

"The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning"

"Il posto ha una posizione ottima per camminare nel centro ma è in ztl quindi non raggiungibile in auto (non un problema se avete poco bagaglio ma scomodo se si ha bagaglio pesante o ingombrante). Parcheggi a pagamento economici nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo se le condizioni delle zone comuni era buone (frigorifero non pulitissimo ma il resto ok) altrettanto non posso dire della stanza. Pareti sporche, water non pulitissimo e poco stabile. La cosa più fastidiosa purtroppo è stato l’odore di scarico...
