"Casa Pergola is a a rare find: a beautiful comfortable home with sweeping views of a lake and mountains surrounded by olive groves, flowers and fruit trees. The outdoor space is incredible including a beautiful pool and outdoor fireplace and "family room ". The kitchen is great for cooking as well. Paul and David are fabulous hosts and feel like old friends and steered us the right way time and again including having Chef Bruno and Giovanni prepare a gourmet dinner. In all, a wonderful vacation you'll always cherish."

"We stayed at Villa Gioiosa as two families with teenage daughter in summer 2023 arriving and departing on a Sunday, which was a great feature to make use of cheaper flights. The property was spotless and has four good size double rooms, including large master suite. The heat wave when we arrived meant that the islands power system was struggling and this impacted the use of all air conditioning across the island, but it was extreme weather. Once the heat dropped back to normal temperatures, we were able to enjoy the property to it’s full. It’s a very large property and ideal for our two families and the pool is large and deep. The outside space has lots of different seating areas and they were all well used by our families. The property is a very short drive from the local town San Nicola, which has great local shops (bakery, fruit and veg, supermarket etc) and some great restaurants and gelato shops. It also has a station, allowing great links across the country. Silvy the property manager was great and sorted out a few issues, very quickly. As a location, it’s 45mins from the airport and 35mins on the train from Palermo. Overall it’s a fantastic property with all you need from a holiday rental."
