This charming holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the traditional Burgunderhof, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning landscape of Tramin. Its central location allows you to reach the village center easily within just a 5-minute walk. The nearby outdoor swimming pool, perfect for sunny summer days, is also only a short 5-minute stroll away.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a double bed, a balcony, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen-living area. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and many other features to make your stay unforgettable.
For your convenience, bed linens, towels, a private parking space are included in the price. Cyclists will appreciate the storage space for their bikes. This holiday apartment is the perfect starting point to explore the beauty and highlights of the region.
The Burgunderhof is located in the south of South Tyrol in the wine village of Tramin. The accommodation has 6 holiday apartments and a studio with a kitchenette. The apartments are on the first and second floors. All apartments have a balcony and an on-site parking space. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Grocery store, bakery, playground, bus stop and pizzeria are in the area. The Tramin winery and the public outdoor swimming pool can also be reached on foot in about 5 - 10 minutes.
Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.
Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide pre-authorization of a €500 security deposit via credit card at check-in.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover only standard cleaning. Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of trash at designated collection points. Additional charges will apply for excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, or unremoved trash, based on the labor required.
