Great place for everyone

I’ve stayed there with friends. We had 2 comfortable cozy clean and warm rooms with great bathrooms. The service is very kind and communicative. I recommend this place for everyone, who enjoys staying in beautiful Termal!

Oteli özetlemek gerekirse: Temiz fakat oldukça bakımsız diyebiliriz. Odamız temizdi fakat bazı eşyaların hepsi eskimekten ve bakımsızlıktan dökülmeye, paslanmaya başlamıştı. Klimanın içinden tıkırtılar geldiği için kullanmadık, jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Otelin asansörü hakkında daha önce yazılan "ölümün varlığını hatırlatıyor" yorumu asansöre binince gerçekten anlam kazanıyor :) Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı veya yemek yoktu ki, bu fiyata en azından güzel bir kahvaltı dahil olmalıydı. Otelin bulunduğu bölge zaten pek gezmeye gidilecek bir yer değil. Kaplıca için veya baş başa kalmak için gidilebilir. Çok büyük beklentilerle gitmezseniz pişman olmazsınız.

Herşey den önce eski bir bina, ama buna rağmen temiz olabilir di hiç birşey resimler de gözüktüğü gibi değil ,, her yerde sigara kokusu vardı, termal suyu olmasi avantaj ama gece suyu kesmeleri sezon avantaj şaka gibiydi, iki günlük rezervasyon u 1 gece Zoraki ve mecburiyetten kalarak geçirdik.

Odalar temizlik bakımından iyi değil, eşyalar tozlu ve eski, asansör efsane ölümün varlığını tekrar hatırlatıyor ancak fiyatı bakımından ve odadaki termal suyu iyi. Biraz daha temizlige ozen gosterilip kenar kosenin temizligine dikkat edilmesi gerekir.

Central location

Excellent location, extremely helpful and friendly owner/manager, friendly and helpful staff. The rather small room had a nice terrace, radiator as well as air conditioner, a refrigerator, and a Jacuzzi bath tub. The hotel is slightly rundown, with some rust in furniture and bathroom.

Great location for the Termal and restaurants.

Basic accommodation in what was evidently once quite a nice hotel. Could not fault the cleanliness but the room was old, with nasty old blankets on the beds and really needs a refurbishment. We had a room with a mineral water bath booked and that mineral water bath wasn't provided. Breakfast was to be served at 8am we were told on check-in, and then we were told later that it would be from 8.30am. No buffet breakfast had been prepared and laid out at 8.30am. We had limited time that morning and we declined to wait for it to be prepared as we were asked to do when we spoke to the Manager. We asked to check out and have the breakfast cost deducted from our bill as it had not been provided, and we wanted to get on with our day. The young man who checked us out tried to charge us for the Turkish coffee we had whilst waiting for the non-existent breakfast to be prepared. Whilst checking out we saw one of the young staff bring plates of breakfast food down into the hotel lounge for the rest of the family who live at the hotel and run it. This was insulting to say the least as someone should have been up and available early enough to prepare breakfast for the family and then for the guests to have at the advertised breakfast start time. Disappointing!

Сам по себе отель не новый, тумбочка нам досталась облезлая)), кое-что требует косметического ремонта, номер на троих мог бы быть побольше, НО - кровати удобные, деревянные, матрасы хорошие, в номере тепло, сантехника исправная, уборка каждый день, минеральная вода прямо из крана)), балкон, расположение чуть в сторону от главной улицы, по которой ездят самосвалы (в Термале сейчас строится несколько отелей), поэтому мы наслаждались тишиной и горным воздухом, а термальный комплекс с бассейном и хаммамами, ради которого ехали, совсем рядом. Завтрак без излишеств, но нам его включили в стоимость, так что мы были довольны и сыты) Главное достоинство отеля - прекрасный персонал, внимательный и радушный, кофе-чай в любое время, помощь по всем вопросам. По-английски говорит лишь хозяин, но приходил на помощь Гугл и турецкий разговорник. В общем, мы остались оочень довольны))
