Clean rooms great staff and unbelievable landscapes. The stars are out of this world!
Terlingua Ranch Lodge was very enjoyable experience. It was our family's first time out of Big Bend and its location and facilities just added to the experience.

The property was good no kitchen. Restaurant there . Staff was friendly. Too far far Big Bend park 35 miles.
A beautiful view of rustic surroundings from our room and good restaurant close by. The road to get there though was 13 miles of acceptable paved surface but the final 3.1 miles was very rough unpaved dirt.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Interesting place. The night sky was the highlight and nice restaurant with great staff. Shower curtain was a bit gross and the filter in the AC should have been changed.
Everything was as described in the listing. Check in was very easy. The dirt road portion of the drive was not that bad. About three miles of unpaved road.
Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasantly cooled, and it smelled really good when we walked in! Great little cafe on premise, staff was always courteous and attentive. Amazing location, really away from it all - 3 miles of unpaved road to get to it. Whole family loved it!
The staff was very friendly. I just wish the rooms were a little more sound proof. I could hear the conversations and even the snoring of the people in the cabin/room next to us.
Good - clear view of the night sky (dark sky certified) was especially helpful for a view of the lunar eclipse.
Very quiet there
Not so good - place advertised it was in Terlingua, but we drove about 30 miles past the town to get there
We were arriving about 7 pm, but no one from the place was around after 5 pm to answer any questions
So dark there, spent a long time finding where we were staying once we arrived
Spotty Wi-Fi, no cell service, no tv

The staff and the room was perfect but the restaurant served the nastiest food we ever ate and it was a bit out of the way from the activities
Our stay was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great perk to have a cafe on site that stayed open past 8. It was a very calm and peaceful stay.

Great place with beautiful scenery. We stayed with two dogs.
Great place to see stars at night. Room was very clean. Great amenities and a cool restaurant around the corner to grab a bite to eat. Very dark at night to stargaze. Will be staying here again. 100% recommend.
The lodge was good except for the dirt road leading to the lodge. Staff were friendly and restraunt was good. Rooms were clean. Rooms were isolated and in a beautiful place with mountains around. Skies were dark and great for star gazing.
If a road is paved through the 3 mile dirt road on the ranch road, it would be perfect!
