A charming, traditionally furnished apartment surrounded by vineyards in a quiet location. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for leisurely walks, extended walks or bike rides. Bolzano and Merano can be easily reached in less than half an hour by public transport. In winter, there are numerous Christmas markets and ski resorts in the area.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and a 55-inch satellite TV. The apartment also includes a terrace with parasol and dining table. The 60 m² apartment can accommodate 2 adults and an extra person on the sofa bed.

The village centre is within a 10-minute walk, where you will find restaurants and bars.

In addition to the nearby capital Bolzano and the spa town of Merano, the accommodation is close to hiking and cycling trails (including the bike path from Bolzano to Merano), the Terlan Wine Trail, the Terlan Winery, the Andrian Winery, the Ötzi Museum, the gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, castles and palaces, Maultasch Terlan, the Montiggler and Caldaro Lakes, various shopping centers in Bolzano and Merano and much more.

Raw products are also processed on our farm. This way we offer our guests wine, apples, apple juice, elder syrup, various syrups, bacon and chimney roots.

In spring, our asparagus farmers entice with the royal vegetable, the white asparagus “Margarethe”. It is grown in the asparagus triangle of Terlan, Vilpian and Siebeneich and harvested daily. Afterwards, the products are delivered within a few hours to the chefs of the seven Terlano asparagus hosts and enchanted with innovative and refined asparagus creations. The asparagus dishes are served with the fresh “asparagus wine” of the Terlan winery, an edible Sauvignon that impresses particularly with its freshness and delicate fruity bouquet.
