Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi! Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased "

It is high time that hotels - at least the hotels at this price and comfort range - get rid of the little plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc. and bar soap. So much wastage. We were in fact very surprised that the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were not there. Had only one little soap bar in the whole bathroom. We were two occupants. No soap in shower. "Overpriced considering the location. Food and breakfast was terrible and service super slow. Far from everything. Staff constantly kept finding pretexts to enter the room. The roof of the hotel has people living on it (hopefully the staff)."
