The cost for the stay is good for a short stay and is close enough to shopping which is about 10 minutes away by car. The rooms need better maintenance. The AC leaked by the headboard which was directly above the electrical outlet, and the shower head was moldy. At check-in, the receptionist told us that we must leave the room keys at the desk whenever we leave the hotel. When asked why she said, "In case the key is lost their system is not updated and if the key is lost it would be costly to replace". We mentioned security, she said, "They wouldn't enter the room unless we requested room service". It didn't sound very safe to me, or a good enough reason to leave the key each time. It would be good if better checks or the rooms were done and they could fix their key lock system to be more secure and to have peace of mind for their guests.

O hotel é ótimo. Ótima infraestrutura e instalações, organizado e limpo. Pessoal profissional e ótimo atendimento. Ambiente de refeições excelente. Café da manhã suficientente e bem preparado. Um momento muito agradável. Logística muito boa para se deslocar na cidade. A única crítica construtiva vai para o isolamento acústico do quarto que precisa melhorar, tanto de fora, tal como os sons ruidosos de motores de veículos, quanto de dentro, pois é possível escutar os sons oriundos de outros quartos.

O hotel cumpriu todos os requisitos. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, bastante limpo, atendimento eficaz, internet de alta velocidade, bom atendimento da equipe. Checkin e checkout super rápidos. Atenção ao horário do café da manhã, encerra às 10h, mas as 9:15 já estava sem reposição.
