"The pictures on the listing was what we actually got. The place was quite clean, we did found a spot that still have a lot of cookie pieces, contacted the owner and they sent cleaners ASAP to clean up the place, changed all the bedsheets as well. Owner was nice and fast in communication. Asked for late check out and approved until 12pm. The view was gorgeous from the 45th floor, had a jacuzzi out on thr balcony, however, we didn't get a chance to use it. However, one of the bathroom curtain shade is very dirty, that needs to be changed out. Other than that, everything was good. I would book here again if I go there for vacation."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. The “French village” is small. Although the rooms were cleaned but bed and furniture are old. Lights in the rooms were dimmed. However, the Aircon and fan were good. Overall, the short stay at the hotel was pleasant."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay."

Grand Ion Delemen Hotel

"The place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no issues about it. the towers is just confusing at times. hahaha we always forget where to go and which way to go. :) all the staffs are accomodating and helpful. except for the man we asked outside upon our arrival (our arrival on the lobby near big panas express) i cannot remember which tower is that.(the place usually where the pick up point of the shuttle) we are asking him where is the lobby or reception of the grand ion delemen and instead of helping us, he just asked me to find the contact number of the hotel and with a high pitch voice asked me to call the hotel! haaays. hopefully next time should not be like that anyways. overall super okay! "
