"The free breakfast is on the 14th floor. It is this first Toyoko Inn I have stayed where breakfast is not served on the same floor as the front desk. This proper Had much newer style of faucet and shower controls. I enjoyed my stay here!"

"This is a Japanese business style hotel in Tsubamesanjo. It was very close to the train station, but also had a free parking lot. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were Western style but lower than normal and the mattresses were quite firm, as were the buckwheat-filled pillows. The buffet breakfast had some hot items (poached eggs, sausage, potato fritters, etc.) as well as rice and grilled fish. They make their own croissants, which were good. In all a clean safe place to stay which is close to the train station. "

We didn’t always know why we were eating but we did try everything. The hot bathing tub and outdoor shower were lovely and private. Nice amenities for the room. For US travelers the futon mats could have been a little thicker and the pillows were definitely unusual for us but obviously traditional. Breakfast was again traditional Japanese and everything very fresh. Staff went out of their way to use translation service to help us with our scheduling of transportation. A bit out of the way from the bigger city"
