"is a good option for family with children because have access to a nice water park and pools they will enjoy a lot. be careful with stairs, are very narrow and risky for children. the food very poor options and poor taste. we try to get in our room at 2.30pm but wasn't possible until exactly 3pm."

"Honestly, for the amount of money I spent, this experience was below standards. The app we had to use wasn't properly updated — I'd go to a restaurant only to find it closed, even though the app said it was open. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of Deantely. She was the most helpful staff member and truly made the experience better. The room AC didn't work, and one night the water was out in every room — I had to wash my face with bottled water. I ended up switching rooms...

"I loved the stay at this resort, the food was ok, they are so many options to eat, but sometimes it was cold, the drinks were good. The thing I did not like at all it was the support from the suff starting at reception, they would let other people cut lines and we had to wait. When we went in the room the sink was clocked and still the reception did not collaborate. The stuff at the buffee was not helpuful. The girls at the beach bar were great, and the cleaning stuff also."
