I did not know there was such a nice hotel in Tepoztlan near all the stores and the entrance to the archeological site. I got a good night's sleep and was relaxed and well-rested. I will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

Me gustó la construcción, el área de la alberca y el servicio del restaurante. No me gustó que la alberca esté descuidada (los adoquines sueltos) y no la limpien de animalitos durante el día. Las colchonetas de las sillas de la alberca las apilan mojadas y no las colocan temprano para que se sequen y no huelan mal. Que aclaren bien cuando dan servicio de restaurante porque me dijeron que los fines de semana sí pero entre semana solo desayuno, pero realmente su fin de semana es viernes y sábado.

Realice una viaje con mi familia y decidimos hospedamos en este lugar. La verdad nos tocó la versión de habitación remodelada y "modernizada" y todo fue muy ameno. Las instalaciones son bastante buenas, las vistas muy atractivas. La ubicación es muy céntrica y se puede llegar a pie fácilmente al Tepozteco, zócalo y restaurantes saliendo del hotel. Punto en contra: El servicio de desayuno es a la carta y no buffet como lo indicaba Xpedia previo a reservar, la verdad fue un fuerte motivo por el cual optamos por este lugar y si quedo mucho a deber, algo pobre el menú, precios elevados con respecto a un restaurante de fuera. Área de oportunidad: Que la alberca sea aclimatada. Sería un puntazo la verdad, si bien, aún de noche se disfruta, al poco raro ya dan ganas de salirse. Mejorar los snack que dan a los huéspedes; reserve dos habitaciones y en una no había nada, en la otra una par de aguas embotella a y sólo al día siguiente posterior a la limpieza de habitación ya tuvimos aguas igual. No fue un problema pero creo que es importante atención a esos pequeños detalles. Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, está equilibrado en calidad precio.

Se me hace un hotel que tiene todo lo que se necesita, sin embargo en el cuarto no había de qué toalla para las manos, solo para regadera, le hace falta cuidar esos detalles. En cuanto tema de precio es caro para lo que se ofrece El desayuno delicioso
