Excellent service, great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. We went to a wedding close, so it was ideal. They were very kind and ready to help us.

The lady that helped us was super kind and helpful, the hotel was clean. The price should have been less that half of what you charged. Too expensive for the kinf of hotel it is.

The staff are lovely but the property is a long distance from acceptable; even if it was cheap. This is not a hotel. This is someone’s house that desperately needs updating.

Nos la pasamos muy muy bien!! Excelente atención y servicio, el lugar quedá muy cerca del centro, pero lo suficientemente lejos, para evitar el ruido y el caos del mismo, cuenta con buen lugar de estacionamiento y todo estuvo muy comódo y agradable. Super recomendable!

Es un lugar muy bonito, cómodo, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar un fin de semana (o una estancia más larga) muy agusto. La atención del personal fue excelente, está muy bien ubicado el hotel. Super cerca del centro.

El lugar es una casa que atienden dos personas, su trato es amable pero realmente no es un hotel. Son habitaciones adaptas que no cumplen con un estándar de hotel. La cama es demasiado alta y no tan firme. Está en la vía de acceso principal a Tepoztlán, por tanto el ruido de los autos y camiones es constante incluso de noche. La comunicación con la persona que atiende es por Whatts y en ocasiones no contesta. No hay teléfono o extensión a recepción. Es importante considerar que no tiene ningún tipo de alimento. El precio de la habitación no corresponde al nivel de servicios e instalaciones. Considero debería costar la mitad al ser un lugar sencillo. El mobiliario no es de hotel, es antiguo de casa y no uniforme. El cobro lo hacen no reembolsable al reservar y eso no debería ser. Al llegar te obligan a dar tu credencial del INE y le toman foto y se la quedan.

Fraude de hotel

Pésimo servicio, no es un hotel, es una casa de huespedes. Primero no tiene ni restaurante ni alberca, 2 las fotos nada q ver con las fotos de la pagina, 3. Pedi mi reembolso para irme a otro hotel y se negaron, los dueños del hotel Jessica y Jorge son los recepcionistas, la señora estaba muy a la defensiva y al comentarle a su esposo que su esposa era muy majadera el señor me levantó la mano para golpearme. Tuve q llamar a la policia oara q interviniera. Finalmente no me dejaron hospedarme en su casa de huespedes (eran las 8pm) y tampoco me quisieron devolver mi dinero. Este lugar está pésimo, cuanto a instalaciones, servicios, etc. es un fraude
