If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend staying here- dogs barking & motorcycles. The road to the property is unacceptable imho. The "cabins" are pretty small (unless you're a solo-traveler). The staff is super friendly. We liked the concept of the place but wouldn't return due to the noise factor and tight quarters.

La cabaña tiene un diseño increible, es mu acogedora, aunque la habitación sí es muy pequeña y la alberca no estaba limpia a nuestra llegada, odo lo demásue una experiencia inolvidable y my recomendable

Es un lugar muy agradable, las habitaciones son fuera de lo común, muy bonitas aunque también no muy cómodas y prácticas. Debes de considerar que no hay mucho espacio, escaleras reducidas y lugar donde colocar tu maleta o colgar ropa no existe. Mi habitación (PAINE) contaba con aire acondicionado, sin embargo las habitaciones que no cuentan con A/C son demasiado calurosas. Es un lugar en medio de la naturaleza, es común que encuentre muchos insectos, moscos, arañas, etc. dentro y fuera de las habitaciones. Lo mejor es la comida, tanto en presentación y sabor, pero sobre todo la atención del personal es excelente. En general me parece un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana en pareja alejado de lo cotidiano, buena comida, bebida, solo debes de considerar sacrificar ciertas comodidades en la habitación por están en un lugar diferente.

el espacio es lindo, excelente vista al tepozteco. las cabañas algo incómodas y las albercas muy frías. la comida deliciosa, pero pidan con tiempo porque siempre tardan en la elaboración de los platillos. pidan las instrucciones de llegada, no lo pongan en google maps/waze.

Nosotros nos quedamos en la cabaña Denali, está súper bonita, esta lo más para una escapada romántica, como fue nuestro caso, sin embargo está reducido el espacio, nosotros fuimos con nuestra mascota y sentimos que nos faltó lugar, para el perrito como para nuestras pertenencias, no había donde colgar al menos la bolsa personal. La regadera todo bien con la potencia sin embargo, es un rollo poder ajustar el calor, salía súper caliente pero si le ponías un poco de frío, se congelaba en dos segundos. Estaria increíble que hubiera como una zona solo para los perritos, como tipo para que puedan correr o algo por qué aún que está muy a gusto tenerlos todo el tiempo en las zonas comunes, tanta piedra luego no está tan cool para sus patitas. Si ocupan wifi si acérquese al personal por qué es un rollo. La comida está suuuper rica, el servicio es un poco lento pero vale la pena la espera. El personal es súper amable y lindo con todos, me encantó!!

El lugar es hermoso, con una vista increíble y es super tranquilo. Reservamos la cabaña denali, pero solo pasamos ahí una noche ya que es sumamente pequeña e incómoda. Entraban insectos por todas partes lo cual es comprensible por la zona, sin embargo habían varias ranuras que bien podían taparse para evitar este problema. Después, nos pasamos a la cabaña montblanc que es mucho más amplia y cómoda, sin embargo al estar hecha de cristal, el calor que se encierra es insoportable. Está bien si van a estar todo el día afuera y solo regresar a dormir, ya que por la noche es fresca pero si su plan es estar sin salir de la propiedad, no la recomiendo. El agua de la regadera salía a ratos caliente y tibia, y por el precio que pagas lo mínimo que se espera es que el agua caliente funcione bien. Tampoco entendimos por qué las toallas son diferentes entre cada cabaña, en la primera teníamos tapete para pies y en la segunda no, pero si teníamos batas. Aún así, lograron resolver todas nuestras necesidades y nos atendieron muy bien. Solo tuvimos oportunidad de probar el restaurante un día, y debo decir que la comida es deliciosa y con porciones muy bien servidas. Muchas gracias por habernos recibido estos días, esperamos volver a visitarlos muy pronto.
