"Nice place. The staff are very nice people. Antonio the bellboy helped me with all the questions about the city. The breakfast was included it’s a very good selection buffet. They have a cafeteria with everything including too 24/7. My only disappointment was the restaurant it’s over priced and the food it’s not that good"

"It was very secure. Amazing check in process! Loved the room, beautiful top tier views. I love the area it was around. Friendly staff! Great rooftop bar! The room was clean and well stocked. Only thing I wish was for a latch lock or another lock beside the code. Also, a safe box in the room would have been useful too for extra security. Besides that it was 10/10 overall. Would 100% stay here again!"

"Perfect hotel. Room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Very quiet street (which is rare in Mexico City in a great part of town. A laundry and small gym and game room are an extra gift. I did read reviews that said, dirty (I do not agree, my place was spotless), refridgerator was noisy (it is noisy but you can only hear it because the street is so quiet). Shower went from cold to hot, with no warm (I agree). For $72 this was an incredible fine!"

"me encantaron las instalaciones, el personal es muy amable y atento, la ubicación esta en el corazón del centro histórico, todo cerca, acceso a turibus para hacer los tours que quieras hacer, te vas caminando a la catedral metropolitana, torre Latinoamérica, bellas artes, el hotel tiene dos entradas por la donceles y por la Guatemala que es peatonal, siempre hay agua de cortesía y unas guayabas riquísimas, el desayuno es muy completo y con variedad y las atenciones del personal superaron mis expectativas, este hotel es un 10/10"
