"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."

"Patrizia and Luca are, hands down, the most incredible hosts I have ever met in all my years of travelling across the globe. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made our trip truly special. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect. It was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable that we instantly felt right at home. The location was also fantastic—it was incredibly convenient to have a supermarket close by, and being just a 7-minute walk from the historic old town made exploring Montepulciano effortless. If you are planning a trip, do not hesitate to book with them. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would love to return!"

"We loved our stay, I was a little concerned about the room furniture not being comfortable from the photos, but I didn’t need to be, the room was wonderful and felt like we were in a time capsule, we stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied. The property is perfectly located less than 10 minutes from Montepulciano, featuring a fantastic setup equipped with everything we could possibly need. It easily became one of our favorite places to stay in Tuscany. Elise was an incredibly responsive host who even let us drop off our luggage early, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear. We highly recommend this property—it would also be a spectacular venue for a family reunion!"

"Although this property was new to VRBO and had no prior reviews, we decided to take a chance and book it anyway, based on the photos and description. Boy, are we glad we did! This house had everything we needed, and a lot more that just made it amazing. Four master suites, a large kitchen/dining/living complex, multiple outdoor patios, covered porches, terraces, and grounds made this house feel like home from the first minute. AND. THE. POOL!!! Large, immaculately clean, with lounges and umbrellas, it made us feel like we were at a high-end spa! What a lovely way to end a hot day of touring and sightseeing. If you want some peace and quiet, there are acres of olive groves and vineyards to wander through and miles of iconic Tuscan views--so incredibly beautiful! And, we were only 5 minutes drive from Montepulciano, with a supermarket on the road just before the town. But best of all were the hosts--Andreas, who was so responsive on all VR communications and questions, and Stefano and Veronica, our local hosts who looked out for our every need and answered every question we had (their English was limited and our Italian was even worse, but Google Translate solved that problem instantly--Stefano is a pro!). You cannot go wrong booking this beautiful, quintessentially Italian country house--we loved it!"
