"Extremely friendly and helpful staff, earliest check in we had in Japan too. Great view on the roof terrace and the option to book a private onsen also a nice touch as I have tattoos. The free drinks between 3 and 8pm all quality and a really nice touch we weren't aware of at all. Amazing location in regards to public transport too! "

"Finally after 2 weeks in Japan in the uncomfiest beds this hotel had the comfiest beds. I will absolutely stay here anytime I'm back. The rooftop spa is incredible after 2 weeks of walking more than you ever have. Beautiful property gorgeous views all the employees were so nice. Room is good size shower was great. Location is right across from a subway station. There's a lawson below the hotel for all the snacks and drinks you need. This was my highlight hotel of the trip. The area is a little businessey less touristy I found the quietness nice after dealing with large crowds for 2 weeks. I will reiterate the spa at the top is incredible. The gym is really nice as well. "
