"The hotel is an amazing building itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always prompt to help at any time. The room was well cleaned and the service was excellent. We had a balcony in our room that had a garden view and we sat down every night to look at the stars. The breakfast options were vast, even for me who is coeliac. They were very helpful in providing anything that I had requested and I was super impressed as being a gluten free you always are on downside of options, but this was not the case there. There are plenty of restaurants options and the staff from Verona (Italian restaurant) mainly Francisco was amazing. I cannot say enough how he made us feel special on our dinners there. We have celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband birthday and the staff were very thoughtful about it . The beach that it is by the hotel was amazing with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time at The Ritz Carlton in Tenerife and we will definitely be back soon."

"This hotel is wonderful! From the moment that you arrive at the front door, you receive a genuine welcome. Reception was welcoming, efficient and the resort map very helpful. A very elegant and spacious hotel, our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything that you needed to enjoy a peaceful time. The restaurants, pool, gardens and bar areas were well maintained and it was a pleasure to spend our days and evenings there. I would like to say that above everything else, it really was the staff that made our holiday so special. Each and everyone always had a smile on their faces, greeted you warmly and always had time for you. Well done to everyone at Tivoli La Caleta - we look forward to returning soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Alta Montana, there was certainly a cabin/cozy feel to it. The hotel also includes a hot tub that kind of worked but a sauna that definitely worked. The views were great and the room was large and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was ok, but that would be only real issue albeit a very very very minor one. The staff was extremely friendly which added to the stay."

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim."

"Pool area was super and pool bar staff, particularly Miriam, were excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to other 5 star hotels, but sufficient and clean. Large choice at breakfast although always very busy and hard to get a table. Main disapppintment were the drinks. At breakfast the fresh orange squash was very diluted with water and tasted like squash. At the pool, the beer and the soft drinks were also extremely watered down, which was annoying as we weren’t all inclusive so we were paying full price for terrible tasting drinks. This needs to be improved. Snacks at pool bar are basic but tasty and not too expensive. We did not eat in hotel in the evenings so cannot comment on restaurant food. Lovely hotel and super holiday but could easily be even better."

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel"
