"Garden was beautiful. With large sweeping lawns. House was good enough, a little on the small side. Pool was very cold, even on the hottest days (30°c) the water only got to 22°c. Main reason I rented the place was because of the pool, but sadly hardly got to use it."

"we hebben een kleine discussie gehad met de eigenaar omdat onze hond van het terrein af was gegaan naar de buren en de buren begonnen te schreeuwen dat de honden aan de lijn moesten en zo terwijl als ze rustig doen de honden ook rustig zijn. tevens hebben de kinderen na 22:00 uur gezwommen en plezier gemaakt ( geluiden) maar ook dat mag niet . ik denk dat we hierdoor onze borg niet terug gekregen hebben die zou de eigenaar na 14 dagen terug over maken maar helaas niks retour gezien. hem nog een...

The heating works well, and the beds are good. The surroundings are absolutely lovely for walking and visiting the small surrounding villages. We had a super stay."

"Die Lage des Hauses ist schön und zum Wandern gut geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Gemütliche Sitzgruppen im Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Schlafzimmer groß und hell, Betten bequem. Die Bäder sind in einem guten Zustand. Für Kinder ist das Haus nicht so gut geeignet, es steht im Wohnzimmer zu viel Dekoratives (inklusive einem riesigen Elchkopf) herum. Die Gartenmöbel waren wenig ansprechend, der Gartentisch war aus Kunststoff, sehr schmutzig und...

"Es war ein wunderschöner Ort. Der Besitzer war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war mit allem Komfort und allen Bedürfnissen ausgestattet."

"We had a great time at Gite VillaRoche. The house is really big with plenty of space for all 13 people of our group. The living room is large and even has a little bar in the corner. To our surprise there also was a pool table on the upper floor. The surrounding environment is beautiful. You can just walk right into nature. Chances are we'll be back next year."

"Incredible location in the heart of nature, The villa was huge and clean, we didn’t feel cramped at all, The living room was great for game nights, and we loved chilling on the terrace during the evenings, Got to explore nearby Durbuy, which was a fun day trip, The only thing I’d say is maybe a bit more info on local restaurants would’ve been nice, Overall, great experience"

Onder het bed lagen grote vlokken stof, de railing van het terras was groen door aanslag, het raam van de badkamer ging bijna niet meer open door roest. Verder wel vriendelijke ontvangst en leuk verblijf gehad, maar deze verblijfplaats heeft dringend groot onderhoud nodig."
