"This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com "

"Overall, the hotel was quite pleasant, with stunning views overlooking the city. The room was nice, though it could have been cleaner—I found quite a few hairs on the floor and asked for it to be swept. The staff were very friendly, and the security was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good, especially considering the hotel's price. I would definitely stay here again. "
