The owners of this house, Jay and Annette, were extremely communicative prior to our stay and throughout, replying immediately if we had any questions/concerns. The house was fantastic for our family and we love the location, amazing views from almost every room in the house with doors to the backyard everywhere.
We would definitely stay there again!

What to say, the property was fantastic, even better than in the pictures. The location could not have been better for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful place on the ocean, surrounded by fantastic scenery and great food. And the owners where phenomenal, some of the nicest and most helpful people you will every meet. Highly Recommended.

We had a wonderful two weeks staying at this beautiful home. The setting was lovely, the fireplace and firepit were cozy, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The location was isolated enough for privacy and comfort, but close enough to town for convenience. We’d happily go back!

Such a wonderful home. My family and I stayed here for 1 week in early August 2022. Our hosts, Jay and Annette, could not have been nicer with great suggestions of places to eat, visit and shop. They both met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house and the grounds. The house was in great shape and very clean be sure to see all of the artwork hanging around the house). All of this and an amazing view of the ocean. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting in the Adirondack chairs and taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and listening to the waves. During the day we visited the area around Port Clyde and made easy day trips to Camden and Belfast. The town of Port Clyde had plenty of shops and places to eat as well a bakery, a Co-op to by the freshest lobsters and plenty of other things to do and see. If the rest of the area wasn't so nice to explore, we could have been happy just staying at the house, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful days by the water. The house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time. I would recommend that you get in touch with Jay and Annette and book your stay now.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay on Candy Cove. The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location, right on the water, with a large lawn is perfect for a family or three couples. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and great for those who like to cook. I loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The views of the water from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom are spectacular. Jay and Annette were great, and attentive hosts. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful spot, with views out to the open ocean with Monhegan Island in the distance and waves breaking on the ledges. We watched lobster boats and fishing boats, ventured out in our kayaks, enjoyed our walks to the lighthouse as well as lobster at the nearby lobster schacks. The night sky was remarkable- haven't seen the stars and planets, and the streak of the Milky Way galaxy that clearly in years. We enjoyed a day trip of was hiking on Monhegan Island, (the ferry leaves right out of Port Clyde). Annette and Jay were kind hosts and the house was beautiful. We hope to be back!
