"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but they refused my request because we had “used the room” they brought up sheets and had US change the sheets ourselves. Expedia did offer to help with relocation but it was 1 am already and we just wanted to sleep a few hours and leave. Expedia did request that the hotel give a partial refund and they also declined that. Overall, a health and human safety issue. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . Once we located the room at first glance it presented as two good rooms for a few days. Once evening came we began noticing baby roaches. So micro you almost missed them. We both agreed we would let staff know which we did let the staff know and they apologize and would notify the manager. The rooms where located next to each other divided by one room in between the rooms. Room1 had big adult roaches and baby roaches located near the bed night stand with the light and charger . The closet had baby roaches as well as the kitchen near the refrigerator back area huge roach. The next room associated to the stay had roaches near the doorway entry when you enter the room to greet you. This was a disappointment as we have stayed at this property before and have not experienced roaches in the rooms. When one travels this is the last thing they want to bring home to there environment. Please advise and get the facility an exterminator as it is a major concern. Sadly this will be our last time staying here as my entire family is scared of bringing home unwanted critters.. Rodriguez Family"

"Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again."

"The maintenance on the property is done at the lowest cost to the family living there and running it - presumably themselves. It is what you’d expect, cheap lipstick on a pig. Also, had to wait in the lobby for ten minutes for someone to show up for check in, rang the door bells and called the property phone."

"The staff,( if you want to call them that)don't greet you when you walk in to register, I had to initiate the conversation. The elevator floor was filthy nasty and it creaked and groaned. We got off of the elevator on our floor and was greeted by Marijuana smoke and smell. I went back down to inform the front desk that someone was smoking in their non smoking hotel, she said that there wasn't much they could do about it except spray air fresher or smoke eliminator, I ask why they wouldn't eliminate the smoker, no answer. We were visiting friends and they let us borrow a electric air cleaner for the room. The room, the walls appear to have been painted recently, that and the TV had good reception are the only good things we can say about the room. The carpet was stained and probably hadn't been cleaned for awhile. The couch was nasty, stained and dirty it looked like they got it for free from the side of the road. The handle on the night stand was hanging by one screw. They had one small trash can in the bathroom for the whole room. The bathroom, it was it's own kind of nasty. The door wouldn't latch, there was mold along the top of the tub, the towel rack was loose from the wall. All the things that were wrong were plainly seen by anybody that came in the room to clean. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. I wouldn't stay here if I were you."
